Hosting, account and calendar

The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. IP address, time, page, browser, operating system and referrer may be processed for secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Registration data includes name, telephone, email, encrypted password, registration time, and date and version of privacy acceptance. Property details, reservation periods, labels and iCal sources are processed to provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Public calendars show no guest names; secret links must only be shared with authorized parties.

Email, cookies and Google Analytics

Email is used for confirmation, login, password recovery and essential messages. Necessary session data or cookies support security, language and forms. With explicit consent, we use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Page views, approximate region, device, browser, interaction, visit time and duration may be processed. Analytics loads only after “Accept” (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The choice can be changed through “Cookie settings”. Processing in third countries, particularly the USA, cannot be ruled out. Google Privacy Policy.

Retention and recipients

Protected backups are deleted or overwritten after 30 days. Technical recipients may include the host and, after consent, Google. Account and calendar data remain until the account or entry is deleted unless law requires longer retention.

Your rights
